Makes for a perfect snack. I have two servings per day (morning and evening) to help me get my calorie intake up. Mixes great and tastes best with milk.

Great product. If I'm struggling to eat at a caloric surplus on any given day, this has allowed me to give me that extra boost to reach it. It tastes great (but really really sweet)t.

The scoop size is huge and they recommend that you use two scoops per serving but I only use one scoop per serving (after workout) and it does the job. However, most of the time it really depends on how much calories I need to consume to reach my surplus.

Definitely feel as if I've made some strength gains within the first few weeks of taking creatine. This is the only product I have used so far so I cannot compare with others but I would definately reccomend this.

I'm not really a fan of eating protein packed snacks but this chocolate bar tastes wonderful. I think its the only protein bar I've actually enjoyed eating.

Great product. Top quality protein powder, however, don't make the same mistake I did. I thought it would be a good idea to get the unflavored one because I thought it was literally unflavored (ie tastes of just milk if you put milk in) and it if did taste bad I would just suck it up and drink it because at the end of the day, you drink a shake for the protein not the taste. Oh, how wrong I was. I've only tried it with milk or water but they both taste unbearable.
