Step 1:

Attach a rope pulley to the bottom of a cable machine and select an appropriate weight.

Step 2:

While holding the rope, extend your hands directly above your head with your palms facing each other.

step 3:

Your elbows should be close to your body and your arms should be perpendicular to the floor.

Step 4:

Slowly bring the behind your head while your upper arms remain stationary.

Step 5:

Pause briefly when your arms are fully stretched and then slowly return to your starting position.
