EZ Bar Decline Skillcrusher

Grab a E-Z Bar using a close grip, lift it and hold it with your elbows as you lie on a decline bench. In this position, your arms should be perpendicular to the floor.

While keeping your upper arms stationary, inhale and lower your bar towards your head.

Pause briefly and begin to squeeze the triceps.

Exhale and slowly lift the back back to its starting position
