Face Pull

Information

Step 1:

Position is a rope pulley at around shoulder height and face towards it. Grab each end of the rope. This is your starting position.

Step 2:

Begin to pull the rope towards your face while keeping your upper arms parallel to the ground as you perform this motion.

Step 3:

Pause briefly and slowly begin to return to your starting position.
