Step 1:

From a rack, position a barbell in front of your shoulders.

Step 2:

Cross your arms and place your hands on top of the barbell. Your arms should stick out and be parallel to the floor.

Step 3:

Dismount the barbell from the rack. This is your starting position.

Step 4:

Squat down by allowing your knees to bend forward and your hip back. Your toes must point in the same direction as your feet.

Step 5:

Keep going down until your thighs are past parallel.

Step 6:

Stop then slowly begin to extend your knees and return to your starting position.
