Hack Squats

Information

Step 1:

Stand upright and place the barbell on the floor. Hold the barbell behind you at approximately shoulder width apart with your parms facing backwards.

Step 2:

Keep your back straight and your head up while performing the squat motion.

Step 3:

Keep lowering your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Breathe as you complete this motion.

Step 4:

Perform a pressing motion with your legs and push yourself back up to your starting position. Squeeze your thighs as you perform this

Step 5:

Repeat however many times is necessary
