Leg Extensions

Chose a suitable weight and then position yourself on the machine. Hold the bars that are placed to the side of you and your leg behind the pad that is located near your feet. Your feet should be pointed forward

Using your quads, extend your legs and push the pad upwards. Do not move any other part of your body besides your quadriceps

Slowly lower the pad back to its original starting position

Repeat however many times is necessary
