Pull Up

Information

Step 1:

Grab a pull up bar approximately shoulder width apart with your palms facing forward.

Step 2:

Exhale, tighten your core and retract your solders down and back .

Step 3:

Pull until your arms are fully flexed and your chin is positioned above the bar.

Step:

Pause briefly and begin to squeeze the lats.

Step 5:

Exhale and begin to lower yourself until you are back to your starting position.
