Seated Calf Raises

Information

Step 1:

Sit correctly on the machine and place your thighs underneath the pads and your feet on the platform with the heels extending off.

Step 2:

Once you are in a comfortable position begin to push your heels up slightly and release the safety bar. This is your starting position.

Step 3:

Inhale and begin to slowly lower your heels until your calves are fully stretched.

Step 4:

Pause briefly and begin to raise your heels back to its starting position.
