Tricep Dip

Information

Step 1:

Hold your body at arms length with your arms locked out.

Step 2:

Inhale and slowly bring yourself lower. Keep your body upright and your elbows close to your body.

Step 3:

Keep your forearms stationary and keep lowering yourself until there is a 90 :degree angle between your upper arm and forearm.

Step 4:

Exhale and then slowly begin to push your body back to it's starting position.
