Tricep Dips Machine

Information

Step 1:

Sit in the dip machine and select an appropriate weight.

Step 2:

Firmly grasp the handles and keep your elbows tucked in at your sides.

Step 3:

Bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle and begin to extend your arms downwards as you exhale.

Step 4:

While at the bottom, pause briefly and squeeze your triceps.

Step 5:

Inhale and slowly let your arms come back up to the starting position.
